The walk should be one of the most enjoying and fulfilling parts of dog ownership. For many though, this is certainly not the case. What should be a pleasurable experience can quite quickly turn into a nightmare if are faced with handling an unresponsive dog.

The Walk Coaching is designed to teach owners how to regain control of the walk. You will learn how to establish a better relationship with your dog through structured walking. We will focus on developing a relaxing loose lead walking experience and how to create a more responsive dog so you, the owner, can feel in control at all times.

You will also gain an added insight into dog psychology and how it relates to the methodology that we want to apply.

Walk coaching can be booked as individual sessions or part of a package should you feel more than one session is likely to be required.

The first session will always begin in the clients home where we will discuss the issues you are having and how we are going to work on them. After this initial discussion we will head out for our first walk together where I will observe and then teach you how to correct the issues you are having.

The first session will likely last around 1.5 hours however this can vary from case to case.

Follow up sessions will be 60 minutes each.
